Service scope

The service covers incoming-call handling, availability and rate queries, reservation creation, changes and cancellation, call records, the hotel workspace and secure payment links. Card details are never collected by phone.

The scope includes call handling, the native reservation system, reservation actions, call summaries, transcripts, warm transfers, payment links, refund requests and usage tracking. External hotel-system connections are planned separately.

Hotel responsibilities

The hotel is responsible for keeping room, rate, availability, cancellation, contact, transfer number, call disclosure and payment-provider information accurate and current.

Usage and payment

The monthly platform fee is tracked according to the hotel's proposal. Voice-assistant and payment-provider usage costs are assessed separately based on the selected account and contract.
