Call Handling

Each incoming call is answered by the voice assistant assigned to that hotel. The phone number is matched to the hotel account, keeping the conversation within the correct property's workflow.

Availability Check

The assistant collects dates, party size and room preferences, then checks live availability, rates and booking conditions in the hotel system.

03 // STAGE

Reservation and Payment

After explicit guest confirmation, a reservation hold is created. A secure payment link is prepared through the hotel's payment account; card details are never collected by phone.

Changes, Cancellation and Transfer

The reservation code and guest details are verified before a change or cancellation. Ambiguous, exceptional or unauthorized cases are transferred to the front desk with a context summary.

Live Hotel Workspace

The hotel team monitors and updates the calendar, inventory, rates, guests, reservations, payments, refunds and call records in one workspace.
